You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

Return conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

It must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs:

Return shipping is subject to a flat fee of €6.90, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item received is defective or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Exceptions:

Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
